Happy New Year all. I had a great new year's celebration with a bunch of capoeiristas and farmers, it was an interesting mix. We counted down to the new year with a samba jam consisting of capoeira instruments, a banjo, an accordion, and a guitar! The rest of the night was all capoeira and dancing.
I'm probably the only one who hasn't seen you do capoeira, so this might be a stupid question.. do you guys ever actually hit the one.. or is it more like a dance?
ReplyDeleteI saw more pictures of this night on facebook. Looks like fun!!! ;) How was Terri's new years party? I thought about making Ozoni, but I don't really like it.. so this year might not be so lucky.
Sometimes we do hit eachother. there's a level of respect and honor in it but if you get enough testosterone or some serious beginners or something, some damage can be done.
